We collectively have more than 60 years’ experience in the IT industry and we believe in fast, friendly and effective IT service solutions.

W3DS offer a wide range of computer products, including notebook computers, desktops, servers, printers, consumables, software and peripherals that can be purchased online.

Our services include computer repairs (including Apple hardware) and onsite and cloud backup solutions.
We offer wireless solutions, network set up and installation with server set-up and configuration as well as long term maintenance.
We also do e-mail solutions, data recovery, dental practice software installation and anti-virus solutions.

We also offer corporate Online and Cloud Services with customised service level agreements.
We also offer domain Hosting and POP mails.
We also partner with suppliers to assist our clients with Cloud solutions like VOIP, cloud backup solutions and internet connectivity.

Our expertise and experience also enables us to support the installation and maintenance of on IP- and CCTV security cameras.

We are an official Microsoft Partner so we are able to offer our customers a Microsoft Hosted Exchange solution and Microsoft Office 365 on a monthly basis.

Our service offerings are priced as follows:

Add hoc service – R495 Excl per hour call out included. For support outside Pretoria area we ask R450 Excl call out fee for a 100 KM radius. After the 100 KM radius we will quote accordingly

Web and email hosting:

o Web hosting –From R 75 for 950 MB Space up to R 650 for 2 TB
o Hosted Exchange – From R125.60 per mailbox
o Hosted Exchange with office 365 – from R 280 per user

Cloud backup:

o From R 65 per PC licence
o From R 3.13 per Gb in the cloud. (minimum 10 Gb)

Server Setup:

o We setup Servers onsite or in the cloud. Active Directory with folder restrictions to keep your departments data safe.
o Onsite Exchange Or Cloud based Exchange
o Server data integrity with RAID Hard drive systems

We offer remote dial in IT support:

o The cost depends on whether you have a service level agreement. (Dial in support could be free)
o We offer per 15 Min’s billing with remote support for the minor support items.

SLA agreements (per month) :

o Starting at R 285 excluding VAT per pc up to 5 pc’s with ESET Security o Server support is at R 840 excluding VAT
o Onsite hourly Labour of R325 excluding VAT. VAT will be charged for new installations and upgrade of new hardware.
o Backups will be checked by W3DS IT Solutions every last week of the month and a check list will be signed by a designated person at the practise.
